It is located along the Bindalsfjorden in the village of Holm. The church is part of the Solstad parish in the Sør-Helgeland deanery in the Diocese of Sør-Hålogaland. The white church building was completed in 1888. The church seats about 300 people. ==History== People in Bindal historically worshiped in nearby Sømna until 1643 when a church was built at Solstad in Bindal, just north of Holm. That church remained for about a century and then was replaced on the same site.
